Job Description:	1. To direct and control all subordinate room attendants to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met. 2. To report engineering failures and breakdowns and follows up on repair schedules 3. To oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of housekeeping pantries ensuring stocks are properly in order. 4. To oversee the condition of plants both within and outside guest rooms and reports any problems to immediate supervisor. 5. To oversee the issuing, controlling and application of housekeeping cleaning chemicals. 6. To handle with customer’s complaints if possible, or reports them to supervisors.
Qualifications:	- Pleasant personality - Good appearance - Mature - Good attitude - Good interpersonal relation - Service minded - Be able to work on all shifts - Motivation & control - Communication - Training & coaching - Strong leadership & supervisory - All public areas tasks - 3 years as floor attendant
