Job Description:	>Making reservations for all hotels, tours and transfers in a timely and accurate manner >Preparing documents such as vouchers, itineraries, air tickets and train tickets >Arranging tour programmes and making quotations including checking fares and costs >Collecting money from non-credit customers >Replying to customer enquires in English & Spanish >Inputting data to the relevant systems >May be required to deal with VIP clients/or make a group quotations as requested by the Reservations Supervisor or Market Manager
Qualifications:	>Thai nationality >2-0 year of work experience, preferably in reservation or similar in tourism industry. >Good command of English both written and spoken >Good command of Spanish both written and spoken >Good PC skills including MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook. >Good decision making, good analytical skill >Good attitude and willing to learn.
