Job Description:	Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe Pattaya is looking for Bell Attendant to be another member of our team and be a part of this cultural icon. As a member of our team, you need to be good at your job, have a passion for it, be who you are and able to work within the company values. Bell Attendant will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications. Job summary • Create authentic experiences that rock to guests reflecting our image of rock n’ roll and relax. • Understand overall concierge service sequences • Able to provide efficient luggage services - storage and room delivery, check out luggage etc., • Maintain equipment used in concierge section • Know and be able to work with the Opera System and related Hotel Software. • Able to handle hotel outlet reservations (restaurant, cabana, spa etc) and outside reservations as requested by guest • Understand well of hotel facilities and in-room facilities including the safe & security procedure.
Qualifications:	To be successful in this role, you will need to have this following qualifications; • Thai Nationality Male, age not over 35 years old. • Graduated from Faculty of Hospitality Management or related field. • Good personality and service minded • Work in experience 6 months minimum • Ability to work under pressure • Enthusiastic service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills. • Outgoing & cheerful personality with self-confidence. • Posses strong negotiation and problem solving skills. • Excellent English communication skills • Able to driving and hold the Driving License is preferred • This position is restricted to individuals with the right to work in Thailand.
