| Job Description: | - Focus on domestic and wholesales market.
- Maximize all Conference & Events revenue opportunities. - Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. - Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays competitive in the local market. - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. - Work effectively to build relationships with colleagues in the hotel. ***Work location*** คชา รีสอร์ท แอนด์ สปา (Sales Office) 2/75 ซอยนาคราช ถนนบำรุงเมือง แขวงคลองมหานาค เขตป้อมปราบศัตรูพ่าย กรุงเทพฯ 10100 |
| Qualifications: | - BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Tertiary qualifications, or other collegiate-level degree, preferred. - Good English communication skills both in verbal & written. - Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. - Strong business sense and industry expertise. - Excellent selling capabilities.
