Salary:20,000 - 25,000 Baht.
Job Description:-Welcome Guests and answer Guest questions.
-Provide a friendly and efficient environment for all Guests and maintain professionalism when selling tickets, performing crowd control duties, or and any general Guest contact.
-Handle cash transactions with Guests using ticketing software management system.
-Suggest and recommend the most appropriate ticketing package and process tickets and financial transactions.
-Continuously upselling tickets.
-Monitor Guests’ entry and exit through the Access Control.
-Maintain organized and clean work environment.
-Suggest any improvements in the ticketing and surrounding area at the team member briefings.
-Ensure Guest and team member safety at all times.
-Undertake any extra tasks requested of you during work hours to the best of your ability.
-Take full ownership of the empowerment to resolve issues.
-Deliver highest level of service at all times.
-Provide suggestions and recommendations to Guests.
-Display courtesy towards all Guests and Team Members.
-Handle all verbal complaints and feedback from Guests with the intention of achieving a positive outcome for both parties.
-Be knowledgeable of all entrance rates, promotions, and general facility info in order to promote, suggest, and up-sell products to the Guest, which will in-turn increase revenue, per cap, and Guest satisfaction.
-Monitor and direct Guests waiting in queue lines and anticipate any needs prior to them asking for assistance in order to optimize level of service.
-Manage Lost & Found and luggage storage.
Qualifications:-Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, Marketing & Communications, Business Administration, or Business Management preferred.
-Good command of English language oral and written skills, if capability in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
-Previous cash and credit card handling skills preferred
