Salary:20,000 - 25,000 Baht.
Job Description:-Queue, High Speed Elevator, Hydraulic Lift, and Escalator Management.
-Entertainer [ Post Officer Collection Show at Level 74].
-VIP Escorting.
-Elevator Loader, Greeter, Tour Guide Operation.
-Fire Warden [Emergency Respond] Assist in emergencies to evacuate guests in case of emergency.
-Glass Tray Operation.
-Story Teller [Historical & Landmark related].
-Welcome Guests, answer guest questions, and guide guests to correct position.
-Provide a friendly and efficient environment for all Guests and maintain. professionalism when performing crowd control duties, or and any general guest contact.
-Maintain organized and clean work environment for opening shift.
-Ensure guest and team member safety at all times.
-Undertake any extra tasks requested of you during work hours to the best of your ability.
-Take full ownership of the empowerment to resolve any guest issues.
-Deliver highest level of service at all times.
-Provide suggestions and recommendations to Guests.
-Display courtesy towards all Guests and Team Members.
-Handle all verbal complaints and feedback from guests with the intention of achieving a positive outcome for both parties.
-Monitor and direct guests waiting in queue lines and anticipate any needs prior to them asking for assistance in order to optimize level of service.
-Assist with loading and unloading of Guest into elevators.
-Monitor exhibit areas and assist with crowd control and queue management.
-Delivers a memorable first and last impression to all our Guests.
Qualifications:-High School Diploma, Vocational School or GED Certificate, or more
-Theatrical skills of performance, role-play, voice, script, and appearance is critical to assist the communication of a professional and knowledgeable story tellers.
-Confident communicators.
-Physically fit to perform work in the sun, at a great height supervising and being able to respond to glass tray scenarios and being able to perform lifting duties.
-Exceptional Thai and English conversation skills. Basic Chinese language skills highly desirable but not essential.
-A natural smile.
-Enthusiastic and energetic personalities.
