Job Description:Scope of Work (Lub d Bangkok Chinatown and Lub d Bangkok Siam)

Content Creation
● Capture visual content (photos and videos).
● This content will mainly be displayed on our social media channels including @Lubdexperience IG, TikTok, Facebook account, and the property Facebook account.
This includes, but is not limited to:
● Content about the property’s events,
● Property atmosphere & vibe (you will need to ensure you capture the authenticity and vibe of the moment and avoid too “staged” content)
● Lucky wheel spinning moment
● Destinations, things to do around
● New trendy place/thing in your destination
● Tips and tricks
● Showcasing our tribe.

● Select the content to be shared with Brand Office (BO) team amongst all visuals collected (do not share the full raw content such as 15 videos of the exact same content/event that BO will then have to select - Select only the best-captured content to be shared to BO team)
● Share the selected content following the Lub d’s defined process. At least 3 content items must be sent per week.
● You will need to collaborate with internal teams to gather information and craft compelling content about the property, its guests, and the destination.
● In case you can’t attend a specific event, ensure someone from the property will be in charge of capturing the content (and provide guidance on how-to)
Social Media
● Create a content strategy and calendar for the two property's Facebook page on ContentStudio software, that includes lifestyle content, UGC, special offers, events, things to do/see around, food and drink, in house experiences and other property initiatives.
● Upload a minimum of 2 stories per week to @LubdExperience content board
● Promptly answer comments, queries, and messages following the property’s brand voice and guidelines. Or liaise with the reservation team to ensure social media comments are answered.
● Analyze the effectiveness of the content strategy and adjust accordingly.
Influencer Partnership Management:
● Source influencers in the travel and lifestyle segment that align with the property’s brand and positioning to stay at the property. The target is a minimum of 3 Influencers per property per month. Influencers’ audience should be aligned with your top guest countries' nationalities.
● Send a contract to Influencer and provide guidelines to ensure they will display the key USP and unique vibe of your property. Be precise in the contract on the delivery items you will get from the influencer (nb of posts, which platforms, the quantity of additional visuals such as pictures/vdo)
● Liaise with the BO E-Commerce team to create a promocode with a room discount that the influencer will share with their audience on their posts.
● Prepare for the influencer's visit and arrival, accommodate them, and ensure a pleasant and welcoming stay at our property.
● Download the Influencer visual content and select the content to be shared with the BO Marketing team.
● Track the performance of each influencer.
Poster creation
● Liaise with the Cluster Graphic Designer to create collateral to be used at and for the property.
● Adapt on Canva some existing templates with minor edits (such as the date, etc)
Property content on our website and OTAs platforms
● Once a month, review the property content and ensure it is up-to-date, information is correct, and published on time.
● For any changes or new content to be uploaded, liaise directly with the BO e-commerce.
● Ensure time-sensitive content (such as events and promotions) is up to date.
Events and Activities
● Assist the property with all aspects of event organization. It can be related to the daily-events or specific events such as a one-of party (Example: full-moon party, etc).
● Market the events via selected channels (on our website, on your social media account, via offline communication such as flyers, etc)
● Ensure the BO Marketing team is aware of the events and display them on the event section on lubd.com
● Attend selected events and create content - Flexible working hours required.
Qualifications:● Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, tribe and third parties that reflects highly on the property, the brand and the Company.
● Proficiency in English and computer literate
● Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields is required.
● Be adaptable and willing to learn new tools, techniques and strategies
● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
● Experience in delivering with initiative and leadership environment
● Great time-management skills
● Great interpersonal and communication skills
● Strong creative skills for developing innovative marketing campaigns and thinking outside the box.
