Job Description:Job scope:
● Responsible for timely procurement of goods and services for company per organization
● Ensuring cost effectiveness commensurate with quality and delivered in appropriate time
● Responsible for system management of Check SCM (supply Chain Management) timely procurement of goods and services for company per organization
● Effective management and design of system set up of Check SCM

Overall Responsibility:
Procurement
● Lead the processing of purchase request (PR), follow up of approval and close the process in Check SCM system.
● Maintains records of goods ordered and received.
● Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers.
● Selects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts.
● set up a preferred vendor list for a new property opening
● Evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price.
● Schedules deliveries and ensures timely fulfillment of orders.
● Researches and evaluates vendors to compare pricing and services.
● Plan & Observed on physical count for month end process, witness if any discrepancy occurred and solution has been made. Ensures quality of procured items and addresses problems when they arise.
● Keeps up with trends in procurement.
● Stays current with purchasing technology trends and oversees purchase and implementation, as necessary.

Receiving
● ensure the process of receiving of goods and services with proper documentation
● review invoices to be issued to the correct company names and with correct value per PO
● review proper documentation to the invoices and correct approval per Delegation of Authorities
● Produce monthly reporting of outstanding PRs and outstanding POs
System management:
● Understand the Check SCM system requirements and manage the system set up effectively to support the current complex business environment
● Design the Cost Center set up, mapping product codes to account codes and analysis codes in SUN
● Manage the approval matrix and provide immediate solution when there is a problem
● review and design procurement strategy to support rapid business expansion in both Thailand and overseas operations in SE Asia
● Train purchasing tribe at properties on the effective implementation of SCM system at the properties
● Perform other tasks as assigned by Finance Lead
Qualifications:● Bachelor Degree
● Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing activities.
● Basic knowledge of accounting software Sun system will be advantage
● Abilities to work under pressure & business dynamic.
● Positive attitude, creative thinker and outstanding attention to detail.
