Able to read and communicate in Thai language. Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system Other Responsibilities Ensure yourself is up to date with all facts of the hotel product, including room types details, room rates, all hotel features and facilities, loyalty program and knowledge local information and journey route Well versed and be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships |
| Qualifications: | Work Experience
Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus |
