Job Description:• Act as a point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, assisting with reservations, and maintaining client databases.
• Handle all wedding inquiries as first contact with full-qualified details.
• Documentation: Manage internal forms, invoices, providing accurate information to customers.
• Prepare reports, letters, memos, correspondence to the other concerned department and maintain files accordingly.
• Perform general administrative duties, such as managing office supplies, handling mail, and organizing meetings and appointments.
• Stay update on competitors check and share to team.
• Gather customer feedback to help enhance services
• Responsible for an efficient and updated filing system for the department.
• Take & transcribe minutes of meetings with keeping track of appointments and various meeting schedules.
• Project an image of discretion at any time while maintaining good relations with all sections.
• Performs any assignments as may be delegated by DOS.
Qualifications:- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
• At least Bachelor degree in any field.
• At least 1-year experience in Reservation.
• Strong in interpersonal and service mind.
• Proficiency in Thai & English communications.
