Job Description:	-ลงทะเบียนผู้เข้าพักและกำหนดห้องพัก - การสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้าได้ดี - การประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี - การนำเสนอทางเลือกและให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ผู้เข้าพัก - ใช้เทคนิคในการขายเพื่อส่งเสริมการบริการอื่น ๆ ของโรงแรม - แก้ไขเหตุการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี - ทำงานภายใต้กฎระเบียบอย่างเคร่งครัด - ทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในส่วนงาน
Qualifications:	Experience in position at least 1-2 years (มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในตำแหน่งงานที่สมัครอย่างน้อย 2 ปี) Good English Communication (สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี) Must have Service Mind (ผู้สมัคร ต้องมีใจรักงานบริการ) Good personality ( บุคลิกภาพดี ) Be able to standby 24 hours on call service สามารถให้บริการผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ได้ ตลอดเวลา Be positive thinking มีทัศนคติ คิดบวก+++++ * Be multi skill of ็Housekeeping/Food & Beverage and Kitchen มีความรู้ด้านอื่นๆ * If you are ready to start working, you must have experiences/Personalised and Passionate in Service /Good attitude/CAN DO policy/Happiness in Team Spirit
