Job Description:	Follows standards as directed. • Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times and adhere to the required conduct and House rules, fire regulations and department procedures. • Ensure to complete daily tasks as per department checklist or supervisors’ advice. • Answer all incoming calls according to telephone manner and brand standards. • Ensure all booking confirmation are entered into the PMS computer with full and correct information. • Ensure that items not included in room rates and any special conditions are fully and clearly explained to the Guest.
Qualifications:	• At least Bachelor degree in any field. • At least 2-year experience in Reservation. • Strong in interpersonal and service mind. • Proficiency in Thai & English communications. • Strong in driving results
