Job Description:	Place of work : Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada (an Asset Management by PCL Hospitality) Job Description : •Plans, directs, controls and coordinates the activities of all aspects of Rooms Division: Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Swiss service, Wellness centre and Security • High levels of visibility thus ensuring Swissotel’s service standards are driven at all touchpoints • Guest recognition: Observe and review all aspects including frequency of visits, guest feedback, etc. • Control of all aspects of the departments financial performance • Creative mindset that challenges the current norm to help introduce innovative levels of guest service
Qualifications:	•Experience in 5-star international hospitality • Minimum 5 years experience in managing the rooms operations of a large luxury hotel • Extensive all round knowledge of hotel operations • Demonstrates a record of being able to nurture, develop and build a strong team
