Job Description:	Place of work : Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada (an Asset Management by PCL Hospitality Job description : • Responsible for the planning and execution of all Talent & Culture activities • Ensures all practices are developed and completed in keeping with local legislation • Provides leadership and guidance in establishing all aspects of Human Resources e.g. compensation & benefits, recruitment, legal issues, career development etc. • Develops our Talent at all levels of the organisation • Is an integral part of the community working closely with Universities, Govt. training initiatives etc
Qualifications:	•Minimum 5 years experience within Human Resources Management in an organization of 300+ team members • Excellent command of written and spoken English • Computer literate with excellent presentation skills • Proactive and results orientated • Quick thinking, flexible and responsible with a positive attitude • Good understanding of Human Resources Management today
