- Greet and meet and assist guest upon the arrival - Taking and inputting reservations - Negotiating rates in hotels - Upselling, or offering a more expensive room to the customer |
| Qualifications: | - Male / Female Age 20 - 35 years
- High Vocational Certificate or Higher - IT literacy, with experience of packages such as Excel, Fidelio, MS Word etc - Dazzling telephone and communication skills - Communicate English - Good personality and good attitude - Good relationship - Service Mind - Fresh graduate is welcome.
