Job Description: | Achieves budgeted sales and maximum revenue.
❖ Top management and cover budget of all Sales team. ❖ Negotiated rate with clients and advise Sales team. ❖ Solved problems that come from all Accounts. ❖ Looking for new contracts with Agents. ❖ Due term of payment with Corporate & Agents. ❖ Advise Sales Manager on Account potential in the market. ❖ Control Reservation Department to complete their job. ❖ Create and set up BAR rates and OTAs. ❖ Maintains a high personal visibility throughout the property. ❖ Maintains knowledge of local competition and general industry trends. ❖ Ensures good safety practices of employee and guests assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures. ❖ Creates and maintains a Guest Satisfaction. ❖ Internal training and development programs to staff. ❖ Assesses and reviews the job performance of subordinates and maintains personnel records of assigned employees. ❖ Actively manages the financial statement, reviews and critiques performance in a timely fashion. Teaches the process to all members of the management team. ❖ Solve problems at the hotel lobby on peak period. ❖ Conduct VIP site inspections. ❖ Greetings VIP guest at Hotel Lobby. ❖ Morning brief with HODs and help each Department to solve the problem. ❖ Keep relationship and maintain business with planning to make more room night and revenue. |
Qualifications: | Actively manages the financial statement, reviews and critiques performance in a timely fashion. Teaches the
process to all members of the management team. ❖ Solve problems at the hotel lobby on peak period. ❖ Conduct VIP site inspections. ❖ Greetings VIP guest at Hotel Lobby. ❖ Morning brief with HODs and help each Department to solve the problem. ❖ Keep relationship and maintain business with planning to make more room night and revenue. ❖ Run thru Operations. ❖ Control Housekeeping to clean up the room on peak period. ❖ Training Housekeeping department in English and settle room amenities. ❖ Training all new staff of the hotels (Attitude with the hotel). ❖ PR the hotels to the public. ❖ Planning and running Marketing Plan. ❖ Meeting and control P&L of the hotel. |
