|Job Description:||Plan, organize, direct and oversees all aspects of the kitchen and stewarding operation, leading to guest satisfaction and profit for the hotel. Ensure that all areas are supplied with proper ingredient,material, tools and equipment to conduct the daily business.
The Executive Chef is responsible for the quality of food preparation and presentation, maintaining a high standard of sanitation and hygiene, while achieving desired cost level.
|Qualifications:||- must be skilled in modern international cuisine and having a good knowledge of Thai food.
- to have a good sense of diplomatic leadership of a multinational kitchen staff.
- ability to set standards and train staff.
- hard working, energetic and able to work well within a team.
- excellent communication and delegation skills.
- high level of financial awareness and achievement.
- ability to calculate/analyze data
- posses relevant health & hygiene qualifications
