|Job Description:||1. Responsible with Assistant Bar Manager for the efficient running of Bar areas operations.
2. Facilitating highest quality beverage and service related to the operation or the bars and banquet beverage operations.
3. Responsible for inventory control for Bar areas operations.
4. Responsible for ensuring all areas of beverage is adhering to basic food hygiene principles, and health and safety issues related to the department.
5. Ensure all Bar areas are organized and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout all meal periods.
6. Responsible for beverage quality within all area.
7. Ensure the beverage operations are properly staffed to ensure an efficient operation is in place.
8. Ensure breakage is minimized in the Bar area by correct handling of equipment.
9. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Bar Manager.
|Qualifications:||• Experience in resort and hotel properties.
• A strong focus on customer service.
• Service-oriented with good attention to details.
• Ability to work well under pressure and keep calm in difficult situations.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
