Salary:15,001 - 20,000 Baht.
Job Description:- Always maintain high guest satisfaction with
the guests in mind
- Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests or complaints
- Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs of guests daily
- Control the room status and coordinate with all concerned departments
- Other duties as assigned by Front Office Manager
Qualifications:- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or other related fields
- Able to work in shifts
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Have a professional personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a passion for service
- Have experience in hotel front office operations for at least 2 years
