Job Description:	Responsible for all services involve in arrival and departure of all guests including welcoming, registering, escorting and handling guest inquiry and basic complaints. Ensure that their stays are comfortable and enjoyable as possible and all services must be achieved in a courteous manners and friendliness while maintaining professionalism at all time.
Qualifications:	- Male / Female - Age not over 35 years - Experience in reservation and supporting customers - Good command of English will plus. - Service-minded, knows how to treat customers right
