Job Description:	Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. Responsible for soliciting new group sales accounts and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food & beverage, and room rental.
Qualifications:	▫️ Male or Female aged 30 - 45 years ▫️ Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field. ▫️ 2 or more years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry. ▫️ Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively. ▫️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai & English. ▫️ Good organization and time management skills. ▫️ Result-oriented person.
