| Job Description: | - Maintains guest service & F&B standards to meet the market needs & guest expectations.
- To be in charge of overall supervision, planning, training, coordinating and communicating with staff within the restaurant. - Identifies market needs and trends. - Ensures the tidiness & cleanliness of staff uniforms. - Assists F&B Manager in recruiting & selecting employees. - Acts as a service staff when necessary. - Ensures that all new restaurant employees undergo a complete introduction program of the department. - Motivates & provides good morale in the restaurant. - Reports to F&B Manager immediately regarding any kind of unusual events. - Maintains good relationship and cooperation with all departments & guest. - To be aware of what competitors are doing, and reports to F&B Manager. - To be familiar with F&B standard & company policies. - Performs other duties as assigned by F&B Manager. |
| Qualifications: | - Male / Female, Age 30-40 years old
- Experience in position 3-5 years - Ability to work under pressure, Self-Motivated, Creative problem-solving skills, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Exceptional customer service - Accept changes in the current situation and will in the future and understand in multitask skill system - English communication excellent |
