| Job Description: | Achieve optimal guest satisfaction, maximize company revenue in all sections according to company policies.
Guard the efficiency/productivity and the company results: • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the hospitality industry; researching and analyzing sales options. • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and service. • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on hospitality industry trends, market activities, and competitors. • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Implement the SOPs and act as a flagship establishment for the brand. Other tasks • Handle complaints. • Lead internal and external auditing. • Maintain contact with public authorities. |
| Qualifications: | Education
• Bachelor degree or General education related to hospitality Work Experience • At least 3 years’ experience within the hotel industry. Professional skills • Excellent written English and copy-writing skills. • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Experience with several hotel operation systems. Personal skills • Highly managerial capacities. • Highly organized and efficient individual. • Pro-active and result driven. • Both team player and captain (hands-on). |
