Agoda.com partners with PROFITROOM booking technology

Agoda.com, Asia’s leading booking site and part of Nasdaq-listed Priceline Group (Nasdaq: PCLN), today announced a partnership with PROFITROOM, a leading booking technology provider in Europe and Asia.

PROFITROOM offers a selection of products and services to boost hotel revenue and reduce the time and cost of inventory management. PROFITROOM currently provides booking engine and channel management solutions to more than 1000 hotels worldwide, with local offices across Europe and Asia.

Thanks to the partnership, hotels using PROFITROOM’s UPPER CRS channel manager can easily connect with Agoda.com and reach a global audience of millions in 37 different languages. In turn, Agoda.com customers have direct access to a greater range of hotels in their own language, giving them more choice of room types in more destinations.

Hotel partners who link up with Agoda.com also have the opportunity to use the Yield Control System (YCS 3.0) to manage rates and inventory. Agoda.com’s YCS 3.0 is a custom-built inventory management tool that allows hoteliers to easily create customized promotions to help stimulate bookings in individual markets.
