GOLF TOURNAMENT FUNDRAISER BY HARD ROCK PATTAYA & PATTAYA MAIL MEDIA GROUPOn Saturday, 21 December 2013, Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya together with Pattaya Mail Media Group is holding our very first, Golf Tournament Fundraiser 2013 at Eastern Star Golf Club, Rayong in support of Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya, ‘Take Times to Be Kind’ projects in 2014.We’ll do it in Hard Rock Style! 18 holes, plus some extra holes of challenging fun is expected. This is for amateur golfers, individual format with system 36 and Stableford, to be divided into 3 categories, namely Flight A with Handicap 0-12, Flight B with Handicap 13-18 and Flight C with Handicap 19-24. There are exceptional souvenirs & trophies for winners and runner ups of each category coupled with some technical holes to be won, which includes longest hitter, nearest to the pin and special prize for the highest score too. On top of that, there is a 19th Hole with souvenirs to be won, to try your putting skill using real-size guitar, either acoustic or electric guitar, your choice! Forgot to bring the sun lotion, no worry, our pretties would be glad to apply for you, for a nominal fee of course, all for the sake of charity! On the golf course, look out for nominated fun which holes includes ‘sexy’ hole where cold beer & drinks will be served, with pretties serving and helping you to put the tee, ‘charity’ hole where you need to ‘on’ in your first tee in this par-3 hole, or contribution of THB 100 in exchange with cold drinks. And lastly, a ‘hospitality’ hole, where upon your arrival to the hole, cold towel and refreshing cold ginger tea will be served with complimentary 15 seconds shoulder massage by our Rock Spa masseuse. Just worry you might get too comfy and forget about your golf game! And, if any of the golfers did a super shot with ‘HOLE-IN-ONE’ on Hole 17, a total prize with value worth more than THB 100,000 will be awaiting for you! Registration is at 10am onwards at Eastern Star Golf Course and with shotgun tee-off expected at 12noon. And also, one of the house rule for the day, to help you enhance your focus on that day, you’ll need to down a shot of tequila prior to tee-off! After that, prize giving and party reception with foods and free flow of drinks will be held at The Soul Lounge, Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya from 7pm - 10pm. The fee is THB 3,000 net per golfer, all in including green fee, caddy fee, dinner & drinks, golf prizes, Hard Rock Limited Edition golf shoe bag, lucky draw and more. Golf cart rental is available at THB 600 per cart and can be shared, to be made directly at Eastern Star Golf Club. Non-golfers are welcome to join the party reception at The Soul Lounge at THB 1,200 net per person, and 50% off for children below 12 years old. For golfers intend to stay over on that weekend at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya, special room rate of THB 3,700 net including breakfast for two persons is accorded. The proceeds from this event will be donated to Hard Rock Charity Fund whose beneficiaries includes H.R.H Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Charity Fund, Baan Nok School and Wat Sawang Arom School, Rock The Farm, Rock The Lunch and Rock The School projects About Eastern Star Golf Course: 18 hole Link-style course is located in Eastern Seaboard, nestled in the hill and by beautiful coast of Rayong province. It is designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. The gently undulating fairways and greens feature 65 bunkers, 11 lakes and more than 2,200 coconut palm trees. The course offers plenty of challenges for experienced golfers as well as enjoyment for beginners.
