PATTAYA, Thailand – October 31, 2014 – Hilton Pattaya is introducing ‘2014 Seasons Festivities by the Sea,’ a year-end promotion in celebration of Christmas and the coming new year. With a welcoming atmosphere, superb food and beverages, and great entertainment, guests will definitely enjoy the exclusive, memorable event offered by Hilton Pattaya.

Christmas celebrations at Hilton Pattaya

At Drift on level 16 from December 15 - 25, guests can enjoy a range of Christmas delights that showcase a selection of traditional offerings of festive pastries and sweet, and have a chance to savour a Christmas cocktail and a glass of champagne during sunset over Pattaya Bay.

At Edge on level 14 on Christmas Eve, guests will savour dishes from around the world. Selections available include carved traditional meat, poultry, fresh seafood and barbecue meats. Select from Mediterranean and continental dishes along with an array of Christmas delights.

On Christmas Day, the chefs will prepare dishes from around the world, with a display of fresh tastes and flavours lovingly created from traditional recipes.

• Christmas Day brunch at THB 2,350 nett per person from 12:30 – 3:30 p.m.

At Horizon on level 34, guests can celebrate Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with friends and family at Pattaya’s perfect rooftop restaurant and bar which offers a four–course, set Christmas menu, a festive medley including options like Foie Gras Brulee, Turkey Breast Roulade and a Christmas dessert with spectacular views over Pattaya Bay for THB 3,250 nett per person, available from 7 - 11 p.m.

New Year’s Eve and Day Celebration

Guests will be able to take advantage of the spectacular scenery and Pattaya Bay views, with the opportunity to bring in-new year with family and friends through four exclusive offers:

Edge restaurant will offer an international dinner buffet where guests can enjoy a New Year’s Eve buffet for THB 4,750 nett per person and beverage buffet at an additional THB 1,850 per person inclusive of free flow of beer, wine and pouring spirits from 6 – 11 p.m.

At Drift, guests will enjoy a lighter dining option where seats are available at THB 3,250 nett per person including wine, beer and pouring spirits starting at 8 p.m.

At Flare Thai Cuisine, guests will delight in an exquisite Thai set menu with classic dishes for THB 4,950 nett per person including complimentary access to the sun deck for a firework display during the countdown into a bright new year.

At Horizon, on level 34, guests will have with a panoramic view of the Pattaya Bay. Horizon has become the most sought after venue for celebrations, with casual fine dining along with a variety of premium selection cooked live, priced at THB 10,500 nett per person.

New Year’s Day at Edge, to welcome 2015 with joy, guests can kick-start the new year with a tempting brunch for the family for 1,150 nett per person from 12:30 – 3:30 p.m.
