Hilton Pattaya Offers Special Dining Options for Mother’s Day Celebration

Hilton Pattaya invites you and your family to celebrate Mother’s Day with our special dining options along with a magnificent view of Pattaya bay; international and seafood buffet at Edge, special Asian menus at Flare and premium 3-course set menu at Horizon.

On August 11, Edge restaurant offers a lunch buffet featuring an array of international dishes from around the world such as seafood on ice, sushi, sashimi, BBQ station, live station of pasta and pizza, selections of international cuisine and desserts. International lunch buffet is priced at THB 990 nett per person and available from 12noon – 2.30pm. For seafood lovers, edge offers seafood dinner buffet featuring a variety of international dishes includes Fine de Claire oyster, caviar, tiger prawn, river prawn, rock lobster, blue crab, New Zealand mussel etc. Seafood dinner buffet is available from 6pm – 10.30pm.

On August 12, Edge restaurant invites you to spend a Sunday afternoon with your mother and family with one of the best Sunday brunch buffets along with a panoramic view of Pattaya bay. Highlights include imported oyster, caviar, seafood on ice and on the grill, foie gras, beef steak, sashimi, sushi and international selections. Sunday Brunch is priced at THB 1,500 nett per person and available from 12noon – 3pm. In the late evening, indulge in a sunset view over the bay while enjoying a wide selection of seafood and international cuisine such as Fine de Claire oyster, tiger prawn, river prawn, rock lobster, blue crab, Australian lamb and foie gras. Seafood dinner buffet is priced at THB 1,500 nett per person and available from 6pm – 10.30pm.

Flare restaurant presents you a perfect venue for family gathering. Along with a cozy atmosphere, premium delicious menus are well prepared for Mother’s Day celebration including Imported Calm Cove Oysters with Pomegranate Mignonette at THB 950 nett and a variety of Chirashi Don includes sashimi of salmon, tuna, octopus, hamachi, scallop, kani crab and ikura with seasoned rice at THB 850 nett. One of the main highlights for seafood lover is Phuket lobster that allows you to choose from 3 styles of cooking; stir-fried with yellow curry, deep fried with dried chili paste or with drunken noodles at THB 2,800 nett. Available from August 6 to 13, 2018 at Flare restaurant on level 15 from 6pm – 10.30pm.

Celebrate a memorable Mother’s Day at Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar with a 3-course set menu. Start with a fresh taste of Seared Scallop with Pomegranate Coulis and Granny Smith Apple, Fennel and Almond Salad and followed by Baked Barramundi with Himalayan Salt, Roasted Tomato, Grilled Artichoke and Citrus Salsa. Complete this special meal with Mango Tart, Macadamia Honey Brittle and Jasmine Ice-cream. The special 3-course set menu is priced at THB 1,950 nett per person and available from August 6 to 12, 2018 at Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar on level 34 from 6pm – 11pm.
