Hilton Pattaya Organizes the 6th Staircase Race Run For The Earth

Hilton Pattaya organized the annual running competition ‘the 6th Staircase Race Earth Hour Run’ with over 70 participants including Mr.Bhunanan Patanasin, Association Secretary of Pattaya Business & Tourism Association, the representatives of Pattaya City Police Station, CentralFestival Pattaya Beach and Pattaya medias. The event held to support a global campaign ‘Earth Hour’ and to create awareness of energy saving in local community.

The runners had to run up to 660 stairs instead of using elevators from Welcome Lobby on level 1 to Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar on level 34. The competition was divided into 4 categories; Individual Male, Individual Female, Group and Best Costume in ‘Creative Sustainability’ concept. The winners of each category are as followings:
• Individual Male: Mr.Saksamai Hongsiri, Recreation Manager, spent 7.40 minutes
• Individual Female: Ms.Porntiwa Fadsongnoen, Student Trainee from Edge Restaurant, spent 9.10 minutes
• Group: Edge Restaurant team, spent 8.20 minutes
• Best Costume: Housekeeping team

โรงแรมฮิลตัน พัทยา จัดการแข่งขันวิ่งขึ้นบันได ครั้งที่ 6 เพื่อรณรงค์การอนุรักษ์พลังงาน

โรงแรมฮิลตัน พัทยา จัดการแข่งขันวิ่งขึ้นบันได หรือ Staircase Race Earth Hour Run เป็นครั้งที่ 6 ติดต่อกัน โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมงานทั้งสิ้นกว่า 70 ท่าน รวมถึงได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณบุญอนันต์ พัฒนสิน เลขาธิการสมาคมนักธุรกิจและการท่องเที่ยวเมืองพัทยา ตัวแทนจากสถานีตำรวจเมืองพัทยา ตัวแทนจากศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัลเฟสติวัล พัทยา บีช รวมทั้งสื่อมวลชน เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดังกล่าว โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อร่วมรณรงค์ และส่งเสริมแนวความคิดในการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน รวมถึงสิ่งแวดล้อมไปยังชุมชนโดยรอบ

ในการแข่งขันในครั้งนี้ นักวิ่งทุกท่านจะต้องวิ่งขึ้นบันไดกว่า 660 ขั้น จากบริเวณล็อบบี้ชั้น 1 ไปยังห้องอาหารและบาร์ฮอไรซัน ชั้น 34 ของโรงแรมฮิลตัน พัทยา โดยการแข่งขันแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ ประเภทความเร็วบุคคลชาย ประเภทความเร็วบุคคลหญิง ประเภทความเร็วแบบทีม และประเภทการแต่งกายแบบทีม เพื่อส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในธีมอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม ผู้ชนะการแข่งขันในแต่ละสาขา ได้แก่

• ประเภทความเร็วบุคคลชาย ได้แก่ นายศักดิ์สมัย หงษ์ศิริ ผู้จัดการฝ่ายสันทนาการ ใช้เวลา 7.40 นาที
• ประเภทความเร็วบุคคลหญิง ได้แก่ นางสาวพรทิวา ฟาดสูงเนิน นักศึกษาฝึกงานจากห้องอาหารเอดจ์ ใช้เวลา 9.10 นาที
• ประเภทความเร็วแบบทีม ได้แก่ ทีมจากห้องอาหารเอดจ์ ใช้เวลา 8.20 นาที
• ประเภทการแต่งกายแบบทีม ได้แก่ ทีมจากแผนกแม่บ้าน
