Hilton Pattaya Won Culinary Challenge of Hilton South East Asia & India F&B Masters 2016/2017

Hilton Pattaya announced Ms.Peerapat Chaiwichit has won the country level competition of Culinary Challenge of Hilton South East Asia & India F&B Masters 2016/2017.

The representative of Hilton Pattaya, Ms.Peerapat, who had 7 years of culinary experience, had created the amazing menus to compete with the winners of other Hilton Hotels in Thailand and Myanmar. The country level winner will be entitled to show her best creations in the final round of Hilton South East Asia & India F&B Masters 2016/2017 in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Hilton South East Asia & India F&B Masters is one of many ways to discover, develop and celebrate Hilton team members’ talent in 5 disciplines including Culinary, Dessert, Barista, Bartender and Sommelier. Over 700 team members from 40 hotels across the region participated and created close to 1,200 unique recipes. The Hilton South East Asia & India F&B Masters consists of three rounds of competition: Hotel Level, Country Level and Regional Finals.

เมื่อเร็วๆนี้ มร.ปีเตอร์ เวปสเตอร์ ผู้จัดการทั่วไป ฮิลตันส่วนภูมิภาค ประจำประเทศสิงค์โปร์ ไทย และฟิลิปปินส์ และคุณอีวา โมเริล ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ โรงแรมฮิลตัน พัทยา ร่วมแสดงความยินดีกับคุณพีรภัทร ไชยวิชิต ผู้ชนะเลิศระดับประเทศจากการแข่งขันทำอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้และอินเดีย ประจำปี 2559/2560 (Hilton South East Asia & India F&B Masters 2016/2017)

ตัวแทนโรงแรมฮิลตัน พัทยา คุณพีรภัทร ไชยวิชิตร เชฟจากห้องอาหารและบาร์ฮอไรซัน เข้าแข่งขันกับตัวแทนจากโรงแรมฮิลตันทั่วประเทศไทยและพม่า ด้วยประสบการณ์ทางด้านการทำอาหารกว่า 7 ปี พร้อมด้วยการสร้างสรรเมนูรสเลิศจากวัตถุดิบคุณภาพ สร้างความประทับใจให้กับกรรมการจนคว้ารางวัลชนะเลิศ และได้เป็นตัวแทนประเทศไทยเข้าแข่งขัน Hilton South East Asia & India F&B Masters 2559/2560 รอบสุดท้ายระดับเอเชีย ณ เมืองโคลัมโบ ประเทศศรีลังกาต่อไป

การแข่งขัน F&B Masters จัดขึ้นต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 3 เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมให้พนักงานได้แสดงศักยภาพทางด้านต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น การทำอาหาร การทำขนม บาริสต้า บาร์เทนเดอร์ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านไวน์ โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันมากกว่า 700 คน จาก 40 โรงแรม โดยได้มีการคิดค้นสูตรอาหารและเครื่องดื่มใหม่ๆมาแล้วกว่า 1,200 เมนู การแข่งขันแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระดับ ได้แก่ ระดับโรงแรม ระดับประเทศ และระดับเอเชีย
