The royal cuisine ‘Khao Chae’ is first parboiled rice and served immersed in icy cold jasmine-scented water with various kinds of exotic side dishes like young pepper stuffed with minced pork, sweetened shredded pork, glazed Chinese turnips, batter-fried shrimp paste and more.
