ฮิลตัน พัทยา ประกาศความพร้อมบนเวทีการแข่งขัน ‘F&B Masters’ ระดับเอเชียในเครือโรงแรมฮิลตัน ประจำปี 25

พัทยา, ประเทศไทย – 8 กันยายน 2559 – เริ่มต้นขึ้นอีกครั้งกับการแข่งขันทางด้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ‘F&B Masters’ โรงแรมฮิลตัน พัทยา นำโดย มร.รูดอล์ฟ โทรสต์เลอร์ ผู้จัดการทั่วไป (แถวแรก ลำดับที่ 5 จากซ้าย) เปิดการแข่งขัน F&B Masters ประจำปี 2559 อย่างเป็นทางการ พร้อมเพรียงด้วยตัวแทนผู้เข้าแข่งขัน ประกาศความพร้อมโชว์ฝีมือบนเวทีใหญ่ระดับเอเชีย

การแข่งขัน F&B Masters เป็นการแข่งขันภายในกลุ่มโรงแรมฮิลตันทั่วเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้และอินเดีย เพื่อเฟ้นหาบุคลากรที่มีศักยภาพในด้านการทำอาหาร ขนม บาริสต้า บาร์เทนเดอร์ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านไวน์ โดยแบ่งการแข่งขันออกเป็น 3 ระดับ ได้แก่ ระดับโรงแรม ระดับประเทศ และระดับเอเชีย ผู้เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันแต่ละสาขาในระดับโรงแรม จะต้องประลองฝีมือกับโจทย์การแข่งขันต่างๆ เพื่อชิงตำแหน่งหนึ่งเดียว ในการก้าวไปสู่เวทีระดับประเทศ และระดับเอเชียต่อไป

การแข่งขัน F&B Masters จัดขึ้นต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 3 เป็นเวทีที่เปิดโอกาสให้พนักงานได้แสดงความสามารถ พัฒนาฝีมือและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ทางด้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม โดยการแข่งขันรอบแรกระดับโรงแรมของฮิลตัน พัทยาจะจัดขึ้นในเดือนกันยายนนี้

Hilton Pattaya Kicks Off F&B Masters 2016

PATTAYA, Thailand – September 8, 2016 – Hilton Pattaya led by Mr. Rudolf Troestler, General Manager (front row; 5th from left), Hotel Executive Chef, Matthew Allen Dowdell (front row; 6th from left) together with our talented team members are ready to kick off the 3rd year of ‘F&B Masters 2016’ at the hotel this month.

F&B Masters is designed to discover the champions of food and beverage within Hilton Worldwide hotels throughout South East Asia & India. The competition is categorized into five different disciplines including culinary, dessert, bar, barista and sommelier challenge. The event aims to encourage Hilton’s staff to showcase their skills and creativity in chosen discipline while enjoying an once-in-a-lifetime experience as well.

F&B Masters consists of three rounds of competition; hotel, country and regional as a final round. The first round will be taking place at the hotel level in this September.
