Vegetarian Festival Highlights at Ginger

Bangkok, Thailand: A variety of delectable Thai favourites made without meat are being put front and centre as Ginger marks the Vegetarian Festival with sensational spreads.

A time for cleansing the spirit, the Vegetarian Festival is celebrated across Thailand every year. On top of lively events and reverent ceremonies, the time is also renowned for a vibrant bounty of cuisine made without any animal products.

This 2 October to 11 October, the premier all-day dining venue at Holiday Inn Bangkok joins in catering to devotees of the annual tradition. Find lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch buffets featuring a rotating selection of meatless options throughout the over weeklong observance.

Feast throughout the festival with vegetarian takes on Thai classics like the beloved green curry, being made with a hearty bean curd. Matching the exciting firecrackers central to the festivities will be the chilli paste stir-fry using mock protein. Tempting vegan staples are also sure to make an appearance, including Thai corn cake with red chilli curry paste and a spicy glass noodle salad. Each service only brings more creations as satisfying to the soul as they are the appetite.

Take part in the uplifting Vegetarian Festival by enjoying all of the culinary highlights being featured at Ginger on 2 October 2024 to 11 October 2024 for lunch or brunch from 12.00 to 14.30 hours and dinner from 18.00 to 22.30 hours. Lunch buffet on Monday to Saturday, priced at THB 599++ per person. Dinner buffet on Friday and Saturday, priced at THB 799++ per person. Whilst the Sunday brunch is priced at THB 799++ per person.
