Intimate moments this Valentine’s Day at Fireplace Grill and Bar

Bangkok, Thailand: Fireplace Grill and Bar, the legendary grill restaurant at InterContinental Bangkok, is the place for couples to celebrate Valentine’s Day this year. Delighting patrons since 1966 the award-winning restaurant offers sophisticated dining in a beautifully-appointed setting.

To celebrate the month of love, Executive Chef Gaetano Palumbo presents a thoughtfully crafted Valentine’s menu – designed to delight the senses. Available on 13 and 14 February, the menu will feature succulent Alaskan King Crab with citrus notes, Braised Australian Beef Short Ribs accented with black truffles and a decadent dark chocolate pecan forward dessert to finish.

Sommelier extraordinaire Remi Torres has selected his favourite wines from around the world to elevate your night.

Valentine’s Day at Fireplace Grill and Bar presents a great opportunity for intimate moments of sharing and caring.

The Valentine’s Day set menus are available at Fireplace Grill and Bar on 13 and 14 February 2026 for lunch from 12.00 to 14.30 hours and dinner from 18.00 to 23.00 hours. Price for 5-course set menu is THB 2,900++ per person. Add a three glass wine pairing at 1,600++ per person or a five glass experience at 2,600++ per person.

ชวนคนรักมาฉลองวันวาเลนไทน์ในวันที่ 13 หรือ 14 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ที่ห้องอาหาร ไฟร์เพลส กริลล์ แอนด์ บาร์ ซึ่งเชฟ เกตาโน พาลัมโบ (Gaetano Palumbo) หัวหน้าพ่อครัวของโรงแรมได้รังสรรค์อาหารชุดวันวาเลนไทน์เป็นพิเศษเพื่อให้บริการคู่รักโดยมีอาหารจานเด่นได้แก่ ปูอลาสก้า (Alaskan King Crab) ที่เสิร์ฟพร้อมกับอะโวคาโด ส้มโอ และโฟมเกรปฟรุตเพื่อเพิ่มความสดชื่น เนื้อซี่โครงวัวออสเตรเลียตุ๋นเสิร์ฟกับเบบี้บีทรูทย่างและเห็ดทรัฟเฟิลดำ ส่วนขนมหวานให้บริการสปันจ์เค้กช็อกโกแลตสอดไส้ดาร์กช็อกโกแลตครีมเนื้อเนียนนุ่มและถั่วพีแคนกรุบกรอบ
