Italy on a plate at SoCalBangkok, Thailand: SoCal, the laid-back dining destination at InterContinental Bangkok known for the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean, invites guests to enjoy a special Italian-inspired menu from January to March 2026.
Over the ten-week festival, a new dish will be added to the menu each week – with the most popular dish making a triumphant return in the final week. This gives pasta, risotto and gnocchi potato lovers (and carb-loaders) a weekly treat to look forward to and the chance to hone their spaghetti-twirling skills.
Highlights include risotto Milanese with braised beef, bone marrow and gremolata; homemade duck egg tagliolini with Venetian duck ragout; ravioli filled with potato and smoked scamorza cheese; and mezze paccheri carbonara with guanciale, pecorino and black pepper.
Seafood enthusiasts can delight in spaghetti Arrabiata with sautéed black mussels and spicy tomato sauce, risotto Pescatore with black mussels, squid and crab meat; and gnocchi with assorted seafood, cherry tomatoes and basil.
It’s a taste of the old country that would make Nonna smile!
The special Italian-inspired menu is available at SoCal from 19 January to 29 March 2026 from 11.30 to 24.00 hours, with each dish priced at just THB 330++.

โปรโมชั่นอาหารอิตาเลี่ยน เริ่มให้บริการตั้งแต่วันที่ 19 มกราคม 2569 โดยแต่ละสัปดาห์จะมีอาหารอิตาเลี่ยนจานพิเศษให้บริการ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น พาสต้า ริซอตโต หรือ ญ็อกกี้ และเชฟจะนำอาหารจานพิเศษที่ได้รับความนิยมมากที่สุดกลับมาให้บริการซ้ำในสัปดาห์สุดท้ายของเดือนมีนาคม
อาหารอิตาเลี่ยนจานพิเศษ ได้แก่ ริซอตโต มิลาเนเซ่ คือเมนูริซอตโตสีเหลืองทองที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ เสิร์ฟคู่กับเนื้อตุ๋นติดไขกระดูกวัวโรยด้วยเกรโมลาตาซึ่งเป็นเครื่องเทศสไตล์อิตาเลี่ยนเพื่อเพิ่มความหอมสดชื่น (Risotto Milanese with braised beef, bone marrow and gremolata) เส้นตากลิโอลินี่โฮมเมดผัดกับซอสเป็ดตุ๋นต้นตำรับจากเวนิส (Homemade duck egg tagliolini with Venetian duck ragout) ราวิโอลีไส้มันฝรั่งและชีสสคามอร์ซ่าผัดกับซอสมะเขือเทศเข้มข้น (Ravioli filled with potato and smoked scamorza cheese) และ เมซซี่ ปาเชรี คาโบนารา เป็นพาสต้าที่มีลักษณะเป็นท่อนสั้น ๆ ทรงท่อกว้างผัดกับแก้มหมูรมควัน ไข่แดง และชีสเพโคริโน่ (Mezze paccheri carbonara with guanciale, pecorino and black pepper)
