A Delectable Monthly Sunday Brunch at Laan Na Kitchen

CHIANG MAI, Thailand (7 December 2022) – Meliá Chiang Mai offers one of the best Sunday Brunch in town with an unlimited selection of Spanish, Mediterranean, and Thai dishes such as imported charcuterie, chilled prawns on ice, Mediterranean salads, and a live cooking noodle station.

Dubbed ‘Brunch del Domingo’, the brunch is held on the first and last Sunday of the month from 12pm - 3pm at the urban hotel’s all-day dining restaurant Laan Na Kitchen that serves authentic Mediterranean cuisine in a vibrant marketplace setting.

Tortilla Española, chorizo and bacon quiche, imported Manchego and artisan cheeses are among the brunch’s Mediterranean favorites. A butcher’s corner serves a selection of cold cuts including Ibérico ham (jamón), Spanish sausage (chorizo), chicken ham, and smoked fish.

The healthy Mediterranean salad bar affords a selection of Spanish olive oils, mixed olives and pickles. The live cooking noodle station has dishes such as soi curry noodle soup with grilled chicken and a large Paella pan cooked fideuá, a short pasta with seafood and served with aioli.

Delectable desserts include the hotel’s famous churros, fruit and marshmallow skewers, that can be dipped in a warm chocolate fountain. Homemade pastries, ice creams and more are also on offer.

The Sunday brunch will be held on 1 January 2023, 5 February 2023 and 5 March 2023 respectively at THB 1,499 net per person, THB 750 net per child aged six to 12 years, and free for children aged five and below. A two-hour free-flow package with house wine, draft beer and soft drinks is THB 1,000 net per person.

Special offers “come four, pay three” promotion, meaning four guests can attend the brunch for the price of three guests, if booked at least one week in advance with a non-refundable deposit.

Prices are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax.

อาหารแนะนำไม่ควรพลาด ได้แก่ ตอร์ติยา เอสพาโนล่า (Tortilla Española) หรือ ไข่เจียวแบบสเปน สูตรเฉพาะของห้องอาหารล้านนา คิทเช่น รวมไปถึง คีช (Quiche) แป้งอบกรอบใส่ไส้ครีมและไข่ ผสมไส้กรอกสเปนและเบคอน มันเชโก (Manchego) ชีสที่มีชื่อเสียงที่สุดในประเทศสเปน นอกจากนั้นยังมีอาหารยอดนิยมของชาวเมดิเตอร์เรเนียนอีกหลายชนิด อาทิ ไอเบอริโกแฮม (Ibérico ham) ไส้กรอกสเปน แฮมโบโลน่าไก่ และปลารมควัน

บุฟเฟต์มื้อสายวันอาทิตย์ ให้บริการทุกวันอาทิตย์แรกของเดือน โดยในเดือนมกราคม 2556 จะให้บริการในวันขึ้นปีใหม่อาทิตย์ที่ 1 มกราคม ส่วนเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ ให้บริการในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 5 กุมภาพันธ์ และเดือนมีนาคม ให้บริการในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 5 มีนาคม 2566 ราคาสุทธิ 1,499 บาทต่อท่าน สำหรับน้อง ๆ อายุ 6 – 12 ปี รับส่วนลดทันที 50% เหลือเพียง 750 บาทสุทธิต่อท่าน นอกจากนี้ ลูกค้านักดื่มสามารถเพิ่มบริการเครื่องดื่มได้แก่ ไวน์ เบียร์ และน้ำอัดลมที่ให้บริการแบบไม่จำกัดเป็นเวลา 2 ชั่วโมง ราคาสุทธิท่านละ 1,000 บาท (ราคาทั้งหมดรวมค่าบริการ 10% และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 7% แล้ว)
