เซ็นต์สัญญาร่วมโครงการบริษัท เดอะ รีทรีท หัวหิน จำกัด เจ้าของ ซามูดร้า เรสซิเด้นท์ และ โครงการลักซ์เชอรี่บีชรีสอร์ทหัวหิน เซ็นสัญญาลงทุนกับ เลอ มานี อินเวสเม้นต์ กรุ๊ป โดย เลอ มานี จะร่วมลงทุนจำนวน120 ล้านเหรียญสหรัฐ สำหรับโครงการที่อยู่อาศัย 250 พูลวิลล่าและรีสอร์ทหรู ในนามบริษัท เดอะ รีทรีท หัวหิน จำกัด โดยมี ไมเคิล โทมัส (นั่งที่ 2 จากซ้าย) ประธานบริหารและหุ้นส่วนของกลุ่มบริษัทฯ ร่วมลงนามกับ มูฮัมหมัด อินาม (นั่งที่ 2 จากขวา) และ เดวิด ออร์ชาร์ด (นั่งขวาสุด) ในฐานะตัวแทนจากเลอ มานี กรุ๊ป ที่ โรงแรมโนโวเทล กรุงเทพ สยามสแควร์| Contract Signing Ceremony | The Retreat Hua Hin Co., Ltd., owners of Samudra Residences and upcoming luxury beach resorts in Hua Hin, signed a funding agreement with Le Mani Investment Group. Under this agreement, Le Mani will provide 120 million U.S. Dollars to The Retreat Hua Hin Co.,Ltd for the extensive development of the project, involving over 250 luxury residences, Pool Villas and a luxury resorts. On behalf of the Retreat Hua Hin Co., Ltd. Mr. Michael Thomas (seated, 2nd left), CEO and Partner of the Group and on behalf of Le Mani, Mr. Muhammad Inam (seated, 2nd right) and Mr. David Orchard (seated, far right) signed the agreement.
