Grab a Crab at The SQUARE, Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit

The SQUARE at Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit presents “Grab a Crab” featuring blue crabs as a highlight of already expansive weekday dinner buffets.

Blue crab is prized for its sweet, tender meat, and chefs at The SQUARE bring out the best of the delicacy in a variety of preparations. Guests can have blue crab grilled over charcoal at a special live station or choose steamed blue crab, among other dishes e.g. stir fried blue crab in yellow curry, stir fried blue crab with black pepper, baked crab with glass noodle and many more.

The buffet’s seafood on ice display also features New Zealand mussels, prawns and more, all with a selection of sauces and condiments. In addition to many international dishes including roasted meats, soups, Indian curries, pizza, pasta and Thai favourites, The SQUARE’s dinner buffet also tempts with cakes, Thai desserts and ice cream.

“Grab a Crab” at The SQUARE, Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit is available from 1 March to 30 April 2016, Monday to Thursday only. Served from 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. priced at THB 1,099++ per person. Holders of selected credit cards and Accor Plus eligible for a special offer.
