Norwegian Fish Fever Discover the great tastes of Norwegian fish at Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukh

The Scandinavian country of Norway is known for its wealth of natural resources, from green mountains and pristine wilderness to many surrounding islands and unspoilt coastline.

Indeed it’s from the Atlantic Ocean off Norway as well as inland waterways where some of the world’s finest and most delicious fish are found. Now, guests of The SQUARE at Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit can enjoy the great tastes of Norway during The SQUARE’s weekday “Norwegian Fish Fever” offer throughout September and October 2015.

Menu highlights include baked salmon with shitake mushroom sauce, grilled cod fish with lobster sauce, grilled cod, rainbow trout and salmon with six sauces, salmon marinated in Thai herbs, salmon gravlax. In addition to Norwegian delicacies, the buffet also features seafood on ice with New Zealand mussel, prawn and other international treats. Guests likewise enjoy varieties of desserts including cakes, Thai desserts and ice cream.

Norwegian Fish Fever at The SQUARE, Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit is available every Monday to Thursday from 1 September to 31 October 2015. Served from 6.00 to 10.00 p.m. Price: THB 960++.
