The resort’s talented chef will prepare a special 4-course “Sweet Valentine” set menu including mood-setting dishes such as Be My Valentine (Blue Crab Salad with Grilled Pumpkin on a Green Pea Salsa); “Love Me Tender” (Australian Beef Tenderloin wrapped in Pancetta served with Mashed Taro and Parmesan Potato); and “How Deep is Your Love” (Pan-fried Salmon Filet with Mashed Potato and an ‘Aphrodisiac Salsa’).

Choose from a Romantic Dinner on the Beach including one bottle of sparkling wine and one sky lantern for 4,499 THB (net) per couple; or Romantic Dinner at Patio Restaurant, which includes two glasses of sparkling wine, for 3,599 THB (net) per couple.
