Enjoy a variety of traditional and modern dishes with full of aroma, flavor, color and nutritious, featuring tasty ingredients of seafood, chicken, lamb, beef, vegetables and fruits, like eggplant, artichokes, tomatoes and fennel.

Featuring signature dishes from Executive Chef Marshall Orton, including Risotto Mussels & Saffron, Lobster Thermidor, Recette Daube Nicoise, Mussels with White Wine and Parsley, Mand Red Mullet with Fennel.

ทุกค่ำคืนวันพฤหัสบดี เวลา 18.30 – 22.30 น. ห้องอาหารควิซีน อันปลั๊ก โรงแรมพูลแมน คิง เพาเวอร์ กรุงเทพ ขอแนะนำธีมบุฟเฟ่ต์มื้อค่ำใหม่ล่าสุด “สไตล์เมดิเตอร์เรเนี่ยม – Mediterranean” ราคาพิเศษเพียงท่านละ 615 บาท (จากราคาปกติท่านละ 1,230 บาท) ตั้งแต่วันนี้ จนถึง 24 เมษายน 2557

ไฮไลน์พิเศษ อาทิ ข้าวรีซอตโต้หอยแครง สไตล์ลิกูเรีย (Liguria) กุ้งอบเครื่องเทศสไตล์โมร็อคโค หอยแมลลงภู่อบซอสไวน์ขาวและผักชีฝรั่ง ไข่เจียวอาร์ ติโช้ค ปลากระบอกอบผักชีล้อมหรือผักเฟนเนล (Fennel) กุ้งอบเนยใส่ชีส หรือ กุ้งล็อบสเตอร์เทอร์มิดอร์ (Lobster Thermidor) ไก่อบเมดิเตอร์เรเนี่ยม สลัดมะกอกหลากชนิด และอีกมากมาย

อาหารสไตล์เมดิเตอริ์เรเนี่ยน ถูกจัดให้เป็นอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพและไขมันต่ำ ซึ่งอาหารสไตล์นี้จะเป็นอาหารของกลุ่มประเทศ รอบๆ ทะเลเมดิเตอร์เรเนี่ยม เช่น อิตาลี สเปน กรีซ ซึ่งลักษณะเด่นของอาหารเมดิเตอร์เรเนี่ยม จะเน้นรสชาติจากเครื่องเทศสมุนไพร และสีสันของเมนูอาหารผลไม้ ที่นิยมใช้ทั้งทั้งผล หรือ ผัก ธัญพืชไม่ขัดสี อย่าง ข้าวกล้อง ขนมปังโฮลวีท ถั่วต่างๆ และมะกอก อีกทั้งนานาอาหารทะเลที่หาได้จากเทะเลเมดิเตอร์เรเนี่ยม อาทิ กุ้งล็อบสเตอร์ หอยแมลงภู่ หอยแครง ปลาซาร์ดีน รวมถึงเนื้อสัตว์ จำพวก ไก่ เนื้อวัว และเนื้อแกะ เป็นต้น
