Dinner in the DarkKing Power together with French Embassy in Thailand recently co-organized a gastronomic adventure of ‘Dinner in the Dark?’, the 1st time in Asia of a unique dinner with the absence of light.The extraordinary dinner was initiated under the patronage of H.E. Mr. Laurent Bili, the Ambassador of France to Thailand and Khun Vichai Raksriaksorn, Chairman of King Power Group. The dinner was arranged under the principles of brief understanding to the life of blinds and providing more social opportunities to the visual handicap. The highlights of the event are dining in the completely dark circumstance and the dishes were served by the blinds. The successful dinner nights was passed by overwhelming feelings of encouragement and generosity. To support the handicapped, every 300 baht of each payment have been donated to Thailand Association of the Blinds.
