Michelin shines its star at Pullman Bangkok King Power with “Chef Matthieu de Lauzun”One Star Michelin “Matthieu de Lauzun” the chef-owner of the “Restaurant de Lauzun” in Ginag, France will fly in to show his creations at Wine Pub and Déjà Vu from Saturday 20th until Saturday 27th, November 2010.At Wine Pub, 18 tapas on a tapas tree will be his showcase at Baht 2,000 (nett) for 2 persons including 4 glasses of Alain Chabanon wine and available from 6.00 pm. – 10.30 pm. At Déjà Vu, Exclusive sit-down dinner with 2 stars “ Chef Matthieu and Alain Chabanon” on Tuesday 23rd November 2010 at 7 pm. Michelin Star Chef Matthieu will prepare 6-course menu at Baht 3,000 (nett) per person and the famous wine maker, Alain Chabanon will introduce his exclusive wines plus the live Saxophone by Koh Mr. Saxman. About Chef Matthieu de Lauzun Chef Matthieu de Lauzun is recognized as one of the top chefs who carried over 10 years experience and had been working with the Michelin Star restaurants in France namely, Michel Bra (3 star) in Laguiole, L’auberge de l’Ill (3 star) in Illhausern, L’hostellerie La Poularde (1 star) in Montrond-les-Bains and Mathieu Viannay (1 star) in Lyon. In 2007, Chef Matthieu opened his restaurant “Restaurant de Lauzun” in Gignac which was awarded 1 star in the Michelin Star guide in 2009. He also acquired a young chef award from Gault & Millau in the same year. At present, Chef Matthieu de Lauzun is a young successful 1 Michelin Star chef at 28 years old.
