Roast Beef Carving Trolley at Déjà Vu Restaurant

Déjà Vu restaurant will import two prime cuts, one from the USA (Black Angus) and one from France (Charolles) to appeal to beef lovers. Chef Marshall Orton has created a three-course set menu including forest mushroom cream soup and porcini-dusted, sliced the roast beef carved on a trolley by the table served with wedge potato, Yorkshire pudding, and salad with a selection of three dipping sauces: Béarnaise sauce, chimichurri sauce, and beef jus. To conclude your meal, enjoy a delicious dessert, strawberry tartlet with vanilla and vodka sorbet. The price is 1,900 baht net per person.

Come and taste this promotion from Tuesday 16 August until Sunday 28 August 2011 (closed on Mondays) from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm.
