A FANTASTIC…ALASKA KING CRAB FEAST

Loong Foong at Swissotel Le Concorde Bangkok takes big strides ahead to please the guests with a fantastic “Alaska King Crab Feast” during 1 July – 31 August 2014. Specially prepared for both lunch and dinner a la carte menu.

When it comes to a crab, size does matter! King Crab Legs are sought-after the world over for their flavor and the density of the sumptuous meat with exotic sweet succulent flesh taste.

As giant as it sounds, these dishes are beyond “yummy-to-the-tummy” experience! Our Executive Chinese Chef will present a variety of the mouth-watering dishes such as Wok-fried Alaska King Crab with Passion Fruit Sauce at 2,500 THB, Wok-fried Alaska King Crab with X.O. Sauce at 2,500 THB, Alaska King Crab Salad Shanghai Style at 1,500 THB, Stir- fried Alaska King Crab with Butter Sauce at 1,200 THB, Alaska King Crab Baked with Cheese at 1,200 THB and highlight special menu is Wok-fried Hong Kong Noodle with Alaska King Crab (big size) at 8,500 THB

ห้องอาหารจีนหล่งฟ่ง โรงแรมสวิสโฮเต็ล เลอ คองคอร์ด กรุงเทพฯ ขอเชิญท่านแวะชิมเมนูจานเด็ดที่จัดทำขึ้นเป็นพิเศษสำหรับผู้ที่พิสมัยในปูอลาสก้าก้ามโตกับ “เทศกาลปูอลาสก้ายักษ์ (Alaska King Crab)” ซึ่งเชฟนำปูอลาสก้ามาผัดกับซอสต่างๆ ในสไตล์จีน และนำมาปรุงแต่งกับวัตถุดิบที่มีรสชาติไม่ซ้ำใคร ซึ่งสาเหตุที่เลือกช่วงเวลานี้จัดทำโปรโมชั่นปูอลาสก้าขึ้นเนื่องจากเป็นช่วงเวลาที่ปูเนื้อแน่น สด และรสชาติจะหวานมากกว่าช่วงเดือนอื่นๆ โดยทางโรงแรมได้เลือกนำเข้าปูอลาสก้าที่มีคุณภาพและเนื้อปูสดใหม่ ส่งตรงจากสหรัฐอเมริกา สามารถปรุงได้สารพันเมนูแสนอร่อยถูกปากถูกใจกับรสชาติที่แปลกใหม่ หวาน ฉ่ำ เนื้อปูสด หลากหลายเมนูที่ชวนลิ้มรส อาทิ ปูอลาสก้าอบชีส ราคา 1,200 บาท, ปูอลาสก้าผัดเนย ราคา 1,200 บาท, สลัดปูอลาสก้าสไตล์เซี่ยงไฮ้ ราคา 1,500 บาท, ปูอลาสก้าผัดซอส X.O. ราคา 2,500 บาท, ปูอลาสก้าทอดราดซอสเสาวรส ราคา 2,500 บาท และไฮไลท์ทีเด็ด บะหมี่ฮ่องเต้ผัดปูอลาสก้า ราคา 8,500 บาท พร้อมเสิร์ฟความยิ่งใหญ่อิ่มอร่อยแบบจัดเต็มกับเทศกาลปูอลาสก้ายักษ์ก้ามโตเนื้อแน่น เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กรกฎาคมถึง 31 สิงหาคม 2557 นี้เท่านั้น
