A FEAST OF AUSTRALIAN CUISINE

Fountain Café at Swissôtel Le Concorde is celebrating Australian National Day throughout January! Come celebrate with us as our Chefs prepare mouth-watering Australian Cuisine exclusively at our daily dinner buffet.

Some of the exciting dishes include BBQ Shrimp Skewers with Mango Lime Mayonnaise, Ostrich Bourguignon, Devilled Lamb Kidneys on Garlic Crostino and homemade Bangers and Mash with Caramelized Onions and Red Wine Gravy and lots more.
