“KAOCHAE” AT SWISSÔTEL LE CONCORDE BANGKOK

BANGKOK, March 2013 - Summer is here again and a lot of people are trying to find ways to get rid of the heat. Many turn to foods like “Kao Chae” a traditional Thai food, which gives a cooling effect.
Throughout April, Fountain Café at Swissôtel Le Concorde Bangkok will be offering “Kao Chae” to help you cool off the heat this summer. Cooked rice with Jasmine-scented water served with various traditional ingredients, fermented shrimp paste (kapi), stuffed green pepper, stir-fried salted white radish, sweet crispy shredded beef and sweet crispy shredded pork. The menu also includes assorted Thai desserts and a herbal drink of the day.
Exclusively available in April for both lunch and dinner at Fountain Café’s buffet lunch and dinner. Or order as A-La-Carte at THB 299 net per set.
Fountain Café is located on the ground floor of Swissôtel Le Concorde Bangkok.
Hours of operation: lunch 11.30 a.m. – 14.30 p.m. / dinner 18.00 p.m. – 22.30 p.m.

ฤดูร้อนกลับมาอีกครั้ง ตลอดเดือนเมษายนนี้ ห้องอาหารฟาวเท่น คาเฟ่ โรงแรมสวิสโฮเต็ล เลอ คองคอร์ด กรุงเทพฯ ขอเชิญชวนทุกท่านคลายร้อนให้ชื่นใจกับ “ข้าวแช่” อาหารไทยที่มีเอกลักษณ์ไม่ซ้ำใครและเป็นเมนูคู่หน้าร้อนที่ได้รับความนิยม “ข้าวแช่” เป็นข้าวปรุงสุกแช่ในน้ำหอมมะลิ เสิร์ฟกับเครื่องเคียงแบบดั้งเดิม ได้แก่ ไช่โป้วผัดหวาน, ลูกกะปิยัดไส้พริกหยวก เป็นพริกหยวกที่ยัดไส้กุ้งและหมูสับไว้ข้างในนึ่งจนสุก, ลูกกะปิยัดไส้หัวหอมแดง เป็นหอมแดงยัดไส้ด้วยเนื้อปลา สุดท้ายเป็นลูกกะปิผัดที่นำเอากะปิอย่างดีมาผสมกับเครื่องเทศและปลาหวาน ความกลมกล่อมลงตัวของข้าวแช่เย็นๆ รวมกับเครื่องเคียงแต่ละชนิดที่ออกรสชาติหวาน หอม เย็นชุ่มชื่นใจ รับประทานแล้วคลายร้อนได้เป็นอย่างดี นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงขนมไทยหลายชนิดและเครื่องดื่มสมุนไพรอีกด้วย
