KHAO CHAE AT FOUNTAIN CAFÉ

Swissôtel Le Concorde is celebrating the most-awaited festival of the year, Songkran with a touch of traditional Thai cuisine that will bring on the festive mood yet cool off the heat of summer. The festive special “Khao Chae(Ricein Cold Water)” which is cooked rice with jasmine-scented water served together with traditional ingredients such as Stirred salted shred turnip with palm sugar, Fried sweet peppers stuffed with shrimp and minced pork, Stuffed shallot with fish and Fried shrimp paste and sweet fish are part of the selection that will be available at the buffet of Fountain Café from April 10 – 17, 2012.

"ห้องอาหารฟาวเท่น คาเฟ่" โรงแรมสวิสโฮเต็ล เลอ คองคอร์ด กรุงเทพฯ ขอเชิญชวนทุกท่านอิ่มอร่อยชื่นใจกับ “ข้าวแช่” แบบไทยๆ เมนูคู่หน้าร้อนที่ได้รับความนิยมเป็นอย่างมาก โดยการนำเอาข้าวมาแช่ในน้ำเย็น ลอยดอกไม้หอมๆ รับประทานกับเครื่องเคียงสารพัดอย่างให้อิ่มกายสบายใจในบรรยากาศของห้องอาหารสุดหรูที่รวบรวมอาหารที่ทำขึ้นเป็นพิเศษเพื่อต้อนรับเทศกาลสงกรานต์ พร้อมเสิร์ฟระหว่าง วันที่ 10-17 เมษายน 2555
สำหรับเมนูข้าวแช่ ประกอบไปด้วย ข้าวแช่ในน้ำอบเทียนลอยดอกไม้หอมๆ ส่วนเครื่องเคียงที่ทานคู่กับข้าวแช่ก็มี ไช่โป้วผัดหวาน ลูกกะปิยัดไส้พริกหยวก เป็นพริกหยวกที่ยัดไส้กุ้งและหมูสับไว้ข้างในนึ่งจนสุก ลูกกะปิยัดไส้หัวหอมแดง เป็นหอมแดงยัดไส้ด้วยเนื้อปลา สุดท้ายเป็นลูกกะปิผัดที่นำเอากะปิอย่างดีมาผสมกับเครื่องเทศและปลาหวาน ความกลมกล่อมลงตัวของข้าวแช่เย็นๆ รวมกับเครื่องเคียงแต่ละชนิดที่ออกรสหวานๆ ส่งให้ได้รสชาติที่ หวาน หอม เย็นชุ่มชื่นใจ รับประทานแล้วคลายร้อนได้เป็นอย่างดี
