LET’S CELEBRATE CHINESE NEW YEAR 2015 WITH PROSPEROUS MEAL

Welcome the Year of the Goat to good fortune and prosperity with family, friends and colleagues with the auspicious array of festive offerings, start from 1 - 20 February 2015. This year Loong Foong at Swissôtel Le Concorde’s famous Chinese restaurant has this special for Chinese New Year with “Yu Sheng” – an authentic traditional Cantonese fish salad for the price starting from THB 1,200++. Cantonese’s believes that the high tossed of “Yu Sheng” will bring prosperity, wealthy and healthy through the year. Moreover we are highly to present “Prosperity Set Menu” - This menu has much nutritious and also the prosperity for good fortune life.

For large set (8-10 pax.) at THB 18,888++ include: Yu Sheng, Braised Abalone and Sea Cucumber with Fish Maw Soup, Barbecued Suckling Pig "Hong Kong" Style, Braised Abalone and Peking Mushroom, Prawns Sautéed Two Style, Steamed Black Garoupa in Soya sauce, Fried Noodle with Crab Meat and Cream Bun, Braised Streaky Pork and Oyster in Brown Sauce and Sweet Flour Balls in Mashed Peanut. For medium set (2-4 pax.) at THB 8,900++ include: Yu Sheng, Braised Abalone and Sea Cucumber with Fish Maw Soup, Braised Whole Abalone and Sea Cucumber in Oyster Sauce, Stir-Fried Tiger Prawns with Hawaii Nut, Steamed Snow Fish with Soya Sauce, Fried Egg Noodles "Hong Kong" with Shrimps & BBQ Pork and Gingko Nuts with Hot Milk.
