LET’S CELEBRATE CHINESE NEW YEAR 2016 WITH PROSPEROUS MEAL AT LOONG FOONG, SWISSOTEL LE CONCORDE

Usher in the Year of Monkey to good fortune and prosperity with family, friends and colleagues with the auspicious array of festive offerings, start from 5 - 15 February 2016 at Loong Foong, Swissôtel Le Concorde’s famous Chinese restaurant spread of Chinese New Year delicacies such as “Yu Sheng” – an authentic traditional Cantonese fish salad for the price starting from THB 1,200++. Cantonese’s believes that the high tossed of “Yu Sheng” will bring prosperity, wealthy and healthy through the year. Moreover we are highly to present “Prosperity Set Menu” - This menu has much nutritious and also the prosperity for good fortune life.

For large “Prosperity Set Menu” (8-10 pax.) at THB 18,888++ include: Yu Sheng, Braised Abalone and Sea Cucumber with Fish Maw Sauce, Barbecued Suckling Pie “Hong Kong” Style, Braised Abalone and Peking mushroom in brown sauce, Prawns sautéed two style, Steamed Grouper in Soya Sauce, Fried rice with salt egg, shrimp and vegetable and Sweet flour balls in mushed peanut. For medium “Prosperity Set Menu” (8-10 pax.) at THB 9,999++ include: Yu Sheng, Double boiled Lotus root with Pork rip, Barbecued Suckling Pie “Hong Kong” Style, Stir-fried Tiger Prawn with broccoli, Stir-fried Chinese Spinach with dried Scallop in brown sauce, Steamed white Sea Bass in soya sauce, Fried Egg Noodle “Hong Kong” with Crab and BBQ Pork and Mixed nut Chinese dessert.
