LOY KRATHONG SPECIAL OFFER AT 204 BISTRO

On Thursday 6 November 2014, Swissôtel Le Concorde Bangkok invites you to enjoy the full moon night of “Loy Krathong Day” at our stylish 204 Bistro that’s meant to be the best dining venue on this special night as we will be add Alaskan King Crab as an additional to our tempting buffet line.

A special buffet with selected dishes will be exclusively prepared for guests on the night of the national event. Diners will also receive Krathong as a souvenir.

Special 30% discount on buffet dinner only on Thursday 6 and Friday 7 of November.

Once a year, under the light of a full moon, floating the Krathong is how Thai people thank the water spirits for goodness they bring to life and to float away bad things. Krathong was first created by Tao Sri Chulalak or Nang Noppamas in Sukothai with her purposes to pay respect to the Goddess of the Water and ask for forgiveness. Floating the beautiful Krathong away, which is the key activity in Loy Krathong, also refers to flying away misfortune and bad things in the past and asking for good luck in the future.
